Our vision is to harness the substantial existing electrical infrastructure, a legacy of the Maine Yankee era, to power a new wave of environmentally sustainable projects along the breathtaking Back River waterfront—one of Maine's most spectacular landscapes.

Why Wiscasset?
Wiscasset, Maine, nestled near the mouth of the Sheepscot River, has evolved from a key colonial maritime hub to a significant site for electricity generation. From the WWII era Mason Point Station to the now-closed Maine Yankee nuclear plant, Wiscasset remains directly connected to the grid., and is an ideal site for clean projects that require significant electrical access as well as those that can leverage our spectacular location.
